BERRY-LICIOUS WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

This deliciously fruity smoothie will give you all the energy you need for your next work-out! It has only 163 calories and 1 gram of fat! It also has the added benefit of protein and fibre, ensuring that it will fill you up until your next meal.

Ingredients:

350g chopped strawberries

230g blueberries

120g raspberries

2 tbsp. honey

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

120g ice cubes

Method:

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. For added calcium, add 120g of kale.
